So I'm pretty sure I just made a huge jump forward in my desire to live a green life. I just bought a Prius. There are many reasons I decided on this not only the fule economy but that was a BIG reason. I'll write more later...

Prius's are the way to go. We have had one since 2004, Brittany has one since 2005. Other then getting head lamps changed and an oil change here and there, we have had absolutely nothing else but pleasure from it. We have taken it out to the West coast of Canada, took out the black holding tray above the spare tire, put our luggage there. Laid down the back seat and put a Boundary Water's sleeping mat and sleeping bag back there. Three of us were very comfortable traveling and sleeping (a six foot frame can stretch out and sleep!) Cost to go out and back with gas at over $4.00 a gallon? A mere $300.00 - 3800 miles!! Yeah!! now is that green or what. Emissions are amazing too with this car!
